Look in PIF, TIPS, PTO Reassembly, Item 7. Drive the seal in till flush with the three hole end plate. Don't double seal the seals on the drive shaft, it could cause the inner seal to spin by the tapered roller bearing. One seal will work just fine. Dave C. has double lipped seals if you want to use those.
