Compare the following two items:
1) Buy a NEW 2002 1 ton 4x4 truck TODAY and spend approx. $30,000.00+ , It's average life span: approx 7 years, 10 if you baby it!
It's resale value after 200,000 miles and 10 years use: $0.
2) Buy an AS-NEW 1949 1 ton 4x4 truck TODAY
and spend approx $25,000.00+ , It's average life will be approx 40+ years (as evidenced by our own vehicles) and never baby it, It's resale value after the 40+ years, (and who knows how many miles!) would surely beat any other modern vehicle! I think it's a GREAT VALUE! I wish I had dough to get one today!!!
