UN MOUNTING PW TIRES?WHEELS

What is the proper way to unmount 900x16 tires from standard Power Wagon wheels ?

I just want to get the old tires off so I can Media Blast the wheels and paint them.

Then I will have a truck tire shop mount the new tires.
