The transmission hump did change. THe later ones are slightly wider to allow for the NP 420 transmission. I believe that it is wider on the drivers side. The floorboards can be cut to fit. I believe that there was also some diffrences in the mounting hole placement on the front lip of the transmission hump. You have not said where it will not fit. Where are you having problems? Sometimes you have to flex the front cab floor to match the front transmission hump.
