Metal Spraying?

Anyone ever used this process for cast iron repair? What kind of results? Where did you get it done?

I've got a set of cylinder jugs off a '26 American La France that the water jackets have rusted through. Getting another set is nearly out of the question, you think parts are hard to find for Power Wagons try this thing.

Any other suggestions?
