jim, I believe that if you attempt to run a rear-facing PTO shaft to the rear of the PW from a PTO on the passenger side, that you will have clearance problems with the gas tank. A typical rear PTO (as verified with Jonas's posting) goes to the rear from the drivers side (same side as forward-facing PTO). The rear PTO driveshaft goes through a bearing mounted to a frame crossmember near the middle of the bed, then continues to a hole in the center of the rear-most crossmember. If you had both rear & forward winches run off of a PTO on the drivers side, both shafts would be activated by the same PTO lever, and the winches would have to be disengaged as necessary using the winch clutches.
