Transmission Hump

Did this part ever change on a flat fender power wagon or were they consistant from WDX to the end of production.
I have a repo floor pan that doesn't fit up next to the transmision hump correctly , I have seen these floor pans in other power wagons and they fit correctly so something is wrong with the Hump.

tranny hump > formed metal hump with shifter and levers sticking through.
Floor pans > two drop in pieces of stamped metal on either side of hump.
Rather than have people question what I call these parts I put in a brief desc.
