I agree whit the 4-5 grand if it is a complete truck , unmolested , engine condition is not even a factor.
We all want the best possible deal when we buy a truck ( or anything for that matter) but it would cast more in money and sweat to buy an incomplete truck and create what has been described. You really need to feel out the seller and see where it goes.
That being said these trucks are the most abused ,tortured, chopped up ,welded up ,cobbled up, trucks on the planet, the fact that this one is unmolested makes it worth more than the low ball prices discussed earlier.
Make the best deal you can and be happy with a clean truck... that may be the rarest of all the Power Wagons.
Engines are cheap and easy to find ( where I live) and more plentiful than good sheetmetal and rare parts like original tail lights.
