Joe, Clint is right on target as usual. Two minor points to add to the discussion. The heater was a seperate option, not part of Delux Cab package (as per Donn Bunn's Book on Dodge History & Restoration). Also, as I remember the heater knob goes in the first hole from the left. The defroster knob goes in the last hole on the right (as per parts manual pictures). Not sure what the other two holes are for, as manual shows only plugs.
