I also got one for my '49 flatfender from Vintage Wiring of Maine. I haven't installed it yet, but the quality appears to be excellent with thorough instructions. Total cost, including shipping, was $575, including the cost for the turn signal kit.
Be aware that when I ordered mine, there was a huge lead time (10 weeks). I ordered it back in late summer, and received in early October. Fortunately, I didn't need it right away.
