Our airport fuel truck has a similar set up with a tank and hose. In addition to the master on/off switch, it has a automatic on/off switch controlled by the air pressure. This allows you to leave the compressor on whilst taking care of other chores.

Very Handy.

My M-37 has a 4 belt set up. This was apparently for a big generator used by the Army for something. You might be able to find the 4 belt fan and crank pulleys somewhere to help with the installation of air or hydraulic pumps.
