My kids now own our 30 employee nail salon, not essential. They will probably ask for some rent relief from the landlord but can afford it for several months. We have some residential rentals. I plan to wait for them to talk with me. Have five renters. Some under the table construction, some in the heath industry, some retail and insurance. With unemployment and other upcoming government help, they will have some money coming in. By law we cant evict people who cant pay the rent and do not want to. We may have to help them. Some will be responsible enough to have some savings., Some will hurt because they are paycheck to paycheck, other out there will instantly take advantage. The bank has not sent me a notice that I can skip my mortgage! I will work with people who want to work with me. The take advantagers will get theirs down the road.
