If the truck has been sitting I would drive it a while and test it again the compression at 90 in not excessively low. Then you could do a leak down test to see.I have put a suspect cylinder in the up position with valves closed and put air in the cylinder with a screw in hose. If air comes out the tail pipe its exhaust valve, if it comes out carb its intake valve, if it comes out oil cap its rings
