You put different axles underneath if I am correct. All I can say is check for any slop in the front end or suspension. Most shaking is caused by a shock to the front end such as a bump or slight tire imbalance. If there is a loose component the shake will not stop. A tight front end will stop any road vibration from transmitting to the body.

Check for an out of round wheel or tire. I have seen wheels where the holes were not centered. Also check to see if the center hole in your hubs is centered. Check to see if the hub is running true by measuring runout on it’s mounting flanges as you hand spin them. Check for a bent rim. Also check to see if the wheel center of the was welded straight (check runout of both the wheel center and rim)? Do you have a bent spindle. I assume that you had the tires balanced and alignment checked. Try swapping tires front to rear one at a time and see if that makes any change.
