Clint I was working with a guy one summer when he poured gas into the carb to start one. When it did not fire, he said the choke was not closing so he then covered the carb intake with his bare hand. When his buddy hit the starter it backfired and caught his hand on fire. He instantly put his hand between his legs and snuffed it out.
He said he never knew how gas on skin could burn so deep,so fast!
