I had the same problem, as has many others.
The trouble is trying to bend the frame to get a good seal with the glass in place.
Someone on the Forum many years ago gave what I think is good advice for this problem.
Remove the glass, then bend the frame to get a tight seal, then have glass shop put glass back in.
