Yea read it. You can’t even do any real work on your PW at home. It can only be done in certain code areas and I am sure by professionals. So if you want to drop your transmission to replace a clutch you are doing an illegal act.
No wonder why people get pissed off. That is total control of your private property just because someone doesn’t like people working on their own cars.
