the psi might slightly too high . They do make 3 to 5 psi elec in carter as well. When i bought my 361 powered D300 it had the 6 to 8 psi on it and it was blowing fuel passed the needle at hiway speed and I was getting 7 mpg. switched to stock and now I get 10 mpg.
