My opinion is that you will mostly get/see bad things. People who were happy just went on with life and seldom go back to say good things. It's the whiners that make up most posts/reviews. Even when things get resolved my a company, most whiners will still go say bad things about them because the is no recourse for being a dweeb online. I always figure half the reviews to be by people connected to the company - toss them out, another 1/4 to 1/3 are the whiners and trolls who just don't read directions then wonder why something doesn't work that way. Then you have the last few ones that are real. It is just hard to filter out which one are which.
