Jerry, the std axle housing is what you have. It was used for BOTH SRW and DRW. The wheel setup was determined by which one of two hubs was installed on it. There was a SRW hub, as shown in Paul's post and DRW hub, which you have. Paul's pic is somewhat confusing because he has disk rotors bolted to the hub where the factory drum would be bolted. Again, that is NOT an "adaptor".
When I acquired my 62 W300, USAEC truck from Lawrence Radiation Lab, Berkeley in 1983, it had the SRW hubs on it. I wanted duals, so I simply went to the local junkyard, pulled the dually hubs off a D300 truck and installed them. No change to axle shafts, bearings, drums or anything else.
