RockAuto won't ship parts to Colorado

In the past I occasionally purchased from RockAuto. The last time I ordered from RockAuto, when I went to pay, I was stopped just before payment and informed that RockAuto won't ship to any address in Colorado. The issue is the collection of sales tax. Apparently 'we' recently enacted a law requiring sales tax be collected for all taxing entities, not just the state/county level, including each and every individual municipality. In response, RockAuto made the decision to stop doing business in Colorado.

Note I have not levied an opinion here, only factual statements.
