67 WM300 Ignition Switch Question

Bought a new Standard Motor Products(SMP) ignition switch and keyed core assembly that has the proper spade connectors on back to plug onto the existing wiring without modification but it doesn't fit the hole that well and also doesn't have a bezel to attach it to the dash. I've looked in the archives and saw some mentions of these issues but can't determine what the resolution is. Thanks for any help!
