16" to 20" rim conversion on 1955 C1

I am looking to use 20" 5 lug rims from a 1949 ford f5 on my 1955 C1. If this is possible at all - what wheel hubs would be interchangable to allow this. I would like to use these 5-hole budd style rims to keep the original look.
I sanblasted the rims and then painted with por-15. Tires that came on them are firestone (weatherchecked) 8.25-20.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
