Glen;
I have Michelin XZL's on my PW Civilian with winch, and it rides extremely well with 42 psi in them, even over the RR tracks. The heavy wall doen't need as much air, so that combination works well for shock adsorption. I used balancing beads, but understand from others Michelon are normally well balanced from factory. I acquired tubeless and powder coated them, and pleased with the combined results. I don't have any experience driving in snow or on ice, but have no worries through the streets with 2 ft water covering with unknown debris below, and through fields with Misquote thorns all around. The tread depth is about 1.5x-1.75x of the other tires as well. Hope others can give you more info.
