If any one is having issues with varmints, I use Tomcat Liquid Concentrate, it is more efficient than all others bates.
Mix the package with one gallon water and set it where your animals or pets can't get to it, and problem solved, I use an old chick waterer or just put several open dishes in cabinets or where needed. Tom and/or others, send me your address and I'll send out a packet for you, I just picked up a box when I returned home, only use one, have spare.
