Thanks to all. I’ve been doing the open pans of baking soda, but not working totally. It must be the cardboard glove box. I’ll remove it, then may try the ozone approach. That seems the easiest once I find a machine. The old seat with its cardboard has been sitting out all summer after I pressure washed it and gave up on it. It still stinks. At least the little buggers can’t get in the cab now.
Gary, they never got in my seat back because twenty some years ago I covered it’s back with gause. I just had some in a 42” wide roll, folded it to four layers and duct taped it all around the edges. They never got in. Seems they could have easily chewed through. Maybe the tape was distasteful to them. Anyway, I replaced it and used Gorilla tape this time.
Still working on getting the old screws out of the hinges the seat back hangs on. They keep breaking off.
