Possible maybe at a pinch, practical no. When these engines were assembled at the factory, I believe the bell was installed then the crank complete with flywheel and clutch assembly. The bell can be removed from the block with the flywheel still bolted to the crank, but the dowel pins have to be driven back to allow clearance for the bell to be lifted up and removed.
