Cab Mount Adjustment

While waiting for correct cab mounting blocks for '49 B1PW I set cab at 1-15/16 fronts and 3/8 for rear as per archival drawings. Now I have the pedal rod binding where it goes through the floor and preventing the pedal returning by itself. In 2011 Will (IL) had what sounds like the same issue. Before I remove a bit of metal from the floor is there any other adjustment I am missing? Would it be due to worn out motor mounts?
