Just watched video, seems the carrier is hitting on the pressure plate when the pedal is pushed tight to the floor. I don't think you have any option but to pull the clutch again and check for shiny spots where something has been contactiong. I would remove whatever is binding on the pedal and fix the return spring first so you don't have to deal with those annoying things, next I would check the linkage is installed properly and set correct free play - if this can't be achieved you have to pull the trans anyway, but at least you know this won't be the problem. After you pull the trans set the pressure plate on the bench and check the settings if it's the adjustable type - you did tighten the pressure plate to flywheel bolts again didn't you?
