The Positive and negative diodes are soldered in and you have to press them out. They may be hard to find. The bearings and brushes can be found.Nobody I know rebuilds them anymore.Probably your best bet would be to buy the one on eBay it looks good and you can change the pulley from your old one, you have to remove the brush and split the case to press the pulley back on.
