After a bunch of searching, I found a Nissan slave cylinder that might work (it has an 11/16" bore, compared to the 1" stock one). I will fab up an adapter plate and try it out in a day or two. When the wife gets a moment to help me, we'll find out the pedal vs. fork lever ratio and the travel distances of both. Visually, the Nissan slave cylinder looks to have a longer stroke, also- with the smaller bore and longer stroke, it should (at least on paper) be a step in the right direction. The clutch was rebuilt by a shop in Fort Wayne, Indiana who has a spotless reputation, so I HOPE everything is kosher with the rebuilt unit. However, I may crawl underneath the truck and see if I notice any odd movement when the pedal is depressed. Thanks again!
