I understand, I have a couple of years on you and I wonder how much longer I can care for my property. It’s only about 1 1/2 acres but it requires a lot of clean up after winter storms. I have a lot of 100’ plus fir tress which dump a lot of debris with each storm. The house itself is not a problem to take care of but it will need a new coat of stain before long.
We thought of moving but have no clue where to. It doesn’t make to get something else in the area. Taxes are bad here and are close to what my house payment use to be. My wife realizes that any new house would be smaller but the garage and shop space would be bigger.
