What tire size to get

With a rim size of 17" by 8" wide rim and 7.5" back spacing, the dimensions of the new aftermarket rims being sold by VPW, what would be the largest, widest tire you can put on those rims that would fit and work on the FFPW?

I realize there are several articles and posts on tires and sizes, but most are with the stock split rims.
