The use of deadly force is authorized to stop someone from committing first-degree arson.
We've had a few 'heros' out here, most notably was Forest Service employee Terry Barton who started the Hayman Fire, the largest single wildfire in Colorado history back in 2002. One civilian died from an asthma attack, and five firefighters from Oregon died in a vehicle accident responding to the blaze. 133 homes were lost.
She can burn in Hell for all I care.
