Ok that's better.
It goes up quick right after shut down.
Your fuel problem is still something from the pump to the tank.
I have never seen that carb. filter cause a problem from it's location.
Only Maybe if you have Extreme manifold temperature, from some other cause.
Lot of cars and trucks run that filter set-up.
