Ok, I found some at Fastenal that work fine, fit well in the PTO housing. They use an allen wrench or you can get them with a different head. 1-1/4 work better than the 1 inch which are shorter than stock bolt. I've posted other pictures, use right arrow to give you reasons for completely disassembling the PTO. As I continue to assemble mine, I'll post more pictures.
