Not to my knowledge, do to the radiator design on the PW. One thing you need to check is whether you have the original engine with the water hump or an earlier engine.
It will be easier to find the earlier elbow and they are available NOS, check with DC Truck Parts, VPW, and MWM, until you can locate the correct elbow. If you can't find the earlier elbow, post a new post.
