What did you use to determine you had the drag link parts in the right position? When I did the drag link on the 6x6 the diagram was very confusing and I set it up wrong the first time. There should be NO play ANYWHERE between the pitman arm and the steering knuckle. From what you have said below I think your problem is in the drag link. Also, tire related wobble tends to kick in around 40-45 MPH. If you have wobble around 25-30, I think you have a lose bearing or joint somewhere in your steering system. Good luck with all this!
