I think so, Stant 10623. I believe I got that p/n from Vaughn and when I got it, it was exactly the same as what I had already on. May try drilling a small hole just to eliminate it. When I removed it, no vacuum sound. In fact i may run it for 20-30 min w/o the cap on.
