I'm in Junior's camp: stay away from the big rigs at all cost. Those commercial drivers have a tough job moving the freight and dealing with all the bone-head drivers on the road. My late father taught me this way: "either speed up and get way ahead of them or slow down to get way behind them". Unfortunately, I was next to a big rig on I-85 near Atlanta when a tire exploded and the rubber shrapnel peppered me and a cluster of cars trailing him.
