I went to a local plastic shop and got a small sheet of high density plastic and cut them out myself. It cuts very nicely with a chop saw or table saw. They did not have stock thick enough so screwed two pieces together to get the needed thickness. You have to screw them together as they cannot be glued as nothing sticks to it. I drilled and counter sunk the holes and used stainless screws. Once together I drilled the mounting holes through the combined blocks.
