The hood props work good I got the first set at Roberts and a little forming and they worked good. The second set I got from DCM and had a lot of forming and enlongating the holes to fit you can see my clamp marks in the picture.Just open the hood and prop up and it gives you plenty of room to work and not so hard on the front hood center pivot. It opens just below the brackets on the firewall so you can leave them in place
