I got mine around 2005 and VPW had Mike Fleig unseal it from cosmoline and checked it over before starting. Mike started it for me in Fairfield when I picked it up. It then sat for another 2 years on a stand in my garage before I got my WC53 restored and ready for the 25" 251 engine. It started right up and has run great. It has a 1978 rebuild tag written in Hebrew under the exhaust manifold. I'm putting a synchronized NP420 transmission in it right now so I removed the engine a couple months ago.
