Way OT but, since you have included cast iron frying pans, I have one that I picked up many years ago at the outdoor Liverpool antique show, just out from Syracuse NY. It is 20 inch diameter, a real thick casting, and weighs 35 lbs. Believe me, it is a bit difficult to swing with much accuracy.
I have been tempted to take a picture of it and a fall harvested fawn on opposite sides of a gambrel. In a lot of cases the fawn would be up and the pan would be down. I would name it "Bambi Versus the Frying Pan". It might look ok on a hunting camp wall, but probably not advisable to post it on Facebook. JJB.
