Thanks for the Info. I admit I do like the 237. I guess I just keep thinking that I should have installed the “largest” 25” Flathead I could in the WC. I do have a 25” Chrysler Aluminum Head which has been shaved down by my machinist after giving him the valve lift heights. The 1941 Spitfire Head I have on it now was shaved just enough to take any minor imperfections off it. With the installation of the Aluminum Head, I’m hoping the CR will be up quite a bit. Your right though, compared to the 230 that was in it, at 55-60 MPH the 237 is a lot more smooth. Granted, I did have it statically balanced so I’m sure that makes a difference. Thanks again for the Info. Long live the Mopar Flatheads.
