I'll volunteer my limited experience.
I revived 2 Dodge 230s that had sat for 20+ years and were stuck. I pulled the plugs and poured Marvel Mystery Oil through the holes, let it sit until I could turn it by using a bar on the ring gear teeth to pry.
If yours isn't stuck, then try turning it over a few times without spark to get the oil up and then go for it.
