Or at least make deer stand in line at the DMV to get road crossing permits. Make them take tests and signal when they are ready to cross.

Have you heard the radio call in where the woman wanted them to take down the Deer Xing signs? She said it was wrong to put those up near highways and they should be moved to less traveled roads. Here is the link:
