What kind of roof Bill? Flat? Torch on or PVC?
I’m building 2 big buildings with flat roofs. My gut feeling is to go torch on but a few guys are trying to talk me into PVC. Not sure why to go with something I don’t know when I know the torch on will last 30 years plus.
They try to tell me it’s more energy efficient??? I’m not doing AC so I’m not sure I believe any of that Malarkey.
