give away whatever you can / want to your heirs to reduce the amount of BS later. Bonus is you get to see them enjoy the gifts. Also, tell your heirs what they are getting / not getting in front of the collective heir group so that they KNOW what is going to happen. too often the wishes of the maker are ignored and money is wasted with legal wrangling.
