Gordon,
Hope all is well on your side of the pond. In one of the 1/2 ton Maintence Manuals I have (TM10-1123/1443) under Differences Among Models, line #2 it says-

"The T-207 and T-211 vehicles had the civilian dashboard, which had two rectangular sections of two guages each and a large round speedometer between them. The T-215 vehicles had the military dashboard that had separate round guages and a smaller speedometer."

They also talk about the rear brakes, winches,Rzeppa & Bendix-Weiss axles, and chages in the motor size.

Do you have something that says differently? I'm trying to gather info so I know for sure when I'm scouting trucks. All the 215's I've seen have had them. I realize Dodge used what ever was in the bins at the time so anything is possible. Again, thanks for your expertise. Kevin
